Leadership is not a title. It is a daily act of service.
Since taking office, the Chairperson has prioritised transparency and inclusion, opening committee meetings to members and publishing regular updates on community finances and projects.
“Our strength has always been our unity,” they explained. “But unity without accountability is fragile. We are building structures that will outlast any individual leader.”
Looking ahead, the leadership team is focused on youth engagement, sustainable fundraising and strengthening ties between chapters across the diaspora.
